Here is some information from CANP- California Association of Nurse Practitioners. Please think about visiting these representatives in person or electronically. Make your voices heard!

Our ongoing strategy to modernize NP practice in California is focused on building relationships with legislators in the California Assembly and Senate. Below you will find links to the two legislators our chapter is targeting, David Chiu and Phil Ting. Both legislators sit on the crucial Business and Professions Committee.  We urge all chapter members go to the legislators official website and Facebook pages to sign up for updates. This is especially important for chapter members who are represented by the legislators. Below we have included links to several community events taking place in April and May where you can meet the legislators. If you attend a community event please send me a brief email. We are sending reports to CANP. Thank you for all you do from your CANP chapter leaders.
