Proposed CECRAOHN Bylaws Changes: We need your input!

Hello CECRAOHN members:

Your Board of Directors are proposing a set of Bylaws changes for our chapter and we want your input. There are three ways to provide input, as noted below. Once we receive your feedback, we will then email the final version of the Bylaws for an electronic vote. A majority vote of those voting will adopt the Bylaws; the Bylaws will then go to AAOHN for their final approval.

There are two documents attached: version 6 of the proposed Bylaws changes, and a brief justification document.

To gain your feedback, we will be holding a Town Hall webinar, where you can call in for the audio discussion as we go over the documents. The Town Hall meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st from 7:30-8:30PM. Several of the Board members will be available to answer any questions you may have. To join the call please see the email that was sent to all members on April 5, 2015.
