Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in the picturesque Russian River Valley, has been a long-standing California Champagne establishment in Sonoma County since 1882. With thousands of tourists visiting every year, our winery is nothing short of a beautiful and informative winetasting and culinary experience for every customer who walks on our property.

Our Environmental Health & Safety Department is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to contribute to our team at our beautiful Guerneville location.  This position has responsibility for promoting workplace safety & wellness, including employee injury & illness prevention, and Workers’ Comp case management.  We are looking for a team player who can engage all employees in leading a lifestyle of health, wellness, and safety.  Candidates must have a proven working knowledge of Workers’ Comp laws, the ability to triage workplace injuries, possess leadership skills and the ability to influence change and have excellent verbal/written/computer skills.

We are considering candidates with a CA RN license in good standing.  A bachelor’s degree and COHN are highly desirable but other certifications and experience that demonstrate the ability to meet the job responsibilities may be substituted.  Must have and be able to maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid and certifications such as, but not limited to, Hearing Conservation and Respiratory Fit Testing.  Generally, a minimum of two years OH experience in a corporate setting would be required but related OH experience will be considered.  Ability to speak Spanish is helpful, but not required.

This position will be full-time 32-40 hours/week; office hours are 8-4:30 p.m.  The hourly compensation range for this position is $36.59-$49.41.
