Keysight Technologies has an exciting opportunity on the Global Environmental, Health and Safety Team. Based at the Headquarters site in Santa Rosa, this position is responsible for leading Keysight’s global occupational health function including management of the travel health program, workers compensation oversight, injury/illness/ergonomics tracking, reporting and compliance, crisis management support, and pandemic planning.

Job Function

Reporting to the Global Director of Environmental, Health, Safety and Security in the Workplace Solutions function

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Master Degree in the areas of occupational health, public health, nursing, occupational safety, or equivalent
Typically a minimum of 5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Ability to work with all levels of management, engineers, and employees across all operations
Key skills include compassion, critical thinking, and listening skills; database, spreadsheet, word processing, and medical records software.
Collaborate with outside resources such as healthcare providers, third party administrators, legal advisors, medical director, regulatory agencies, vendors, etc.
Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to program areas
Good organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot and prioritize
Basic project management experience
Basic knowledge of Environmental and Safety Management Systems
