Please register for two webinars showcasing NVHR's 2017 Hepatitis C Project Booster Mini‐Grant Projects!
Each organization will provide a summary of their one-year project's work including findings, challenges, and lessons learned. The webinars will include opportunities for discussion and audience question and answer.
Part 1:
Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, Centerforce, and The Community Health Outreach Work to Prevent AIDS Project (CHOW Project) will be presenting a summary of their work. Their activities included HCV peer education in a prison setting and efforts to provide outreach, linkage to care, and HCV treatment for homeless individuals.

Part 2
American Association of Occupational Health Nurses Foundation, BOOM!Health, North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition, and Roots Community Health Center will be presenting a summary of their work. Their activities included educating occupational health care nurses on hepatitis C, developing a sustainability model for HCV treatment in the primary care setting, and developing innovative solutions to help link patients to care.
