WOEMA Webinar - Cal/OSHA Lead Standard

In 2024, Cal/OSHA adopted new and much more stringent standards for occupational lead exposure, effective January 1, 2025. This webinar will describe how the lead standards have changed, includin a more protective Action Level and Permissible Exposure Limit, and inclusion of "trigger tasks" and other measures aimed at covering workers not protected under the previous standard. The requirements for Medical Removal Protection and medical screening of lead-exposed workers have also been strengthened.
