    Testing Programs and Protocols –Employers, Workers and Public Health

    Describe the role of the OH professional and the employer in COVID outbreaks in the workplace
    Appreciate the challenges of a workplace COVID program development and implementation in the context of a pandemic

    COVID-19 and Return to Work Guidance

    Objectives:
    Review CDC recommendations for return-to-work for those with confirmed or probable COVID.
    Discuss return-to-work for those testing negative, who have persistent or recurrent symptoms.
    Share best practices re: return to work guidance for health care settings.

    Covid the Good the Bad and the Ugly

    1.0 CE Credit

    Objectives:
    Remind Occupational Health Nurses with clinical responsibilities with how changes to equipment and supplies because of COVID-19 shortages may result in increases to occupational illnesses and injuries such as dermatitis.
    Provide Occupational Health Nurses with some adaptation strategies to help workers who are experiencing problems from equipment and supplies.
    Familiarize Occupational Health Nurses with some of the more recognized “problem” equipment and supplies.
